Annual Poral Fee due April 1, 2025. 

Request for rent increase are not done on this site. We need a notice in writing sent to rentincrease@bernco.gov the notice needs to be sent in 60-90 days before the annual recertification. Any late requests will be denied.

This is a reminder that the 35.00 Partner Portal fee will be deducted for those landlords and property owners Housing Payments on April 1st, 2024 that did not "Opt-Out".

Remember This program allows any landlord access to our system that gives them accounting of their monthly payments, inspections status, and even print your 1099’s. There was a small annual fee charge of $35.00. This is an average of just $2.92 a month, a small price to pay for such amazing tools. By accessing this tool, you save a lot of time rather than calling and waiting for a return call or us having to do research before we can get the answers for you. You can do all of this from the comfort of your own office or home. You can even print your 1099's from there!!
